ABOUT ROBIN S. WEINGAST
Robin S. Weingast is president of Robin S. Weingast and Associates, Inc., an employee benefit consulting firm established in 1982. For almost 40 years, Robin S. Weingast & Associates, Inc.’s qualified plan administrators, pension attorneys, enrolled actuaries and certified pension consultants have been fulfilling her vision of providing best-in-class service to over 2,000 industry-diverse clients nationally.
Robin is committed to the research, development and the perpetuation of tax- favored, innovative benefit programs as powerful financial planning tools for businesses. Her years of experience ensure that the most creative benefit programs that are uniquely tailored to the needs and objectives of an employer, its owners, and employees will be presented.
Widely regarded as a thought leader in qualified pension and non-qualified plans, business and estate plans and life insurance, Robin has published several articles, and travels around the country to speak at industry conferences and events.
Robin’s multitude of professional designations include being an associate of the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries (ACOPA), formerly known as the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), while maintaining
esteemed membership in several organizations such as the National and Women’s Life Underwriters (NALU and WLUC), Top of the Table, and the International Association of Financial Planners (IAFP).

DONNA M. ANDREWS
Estate Planning & Case Management
Donna has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She previously worked with estate planners who serviced high-net worth clientele, where her responsibility was to implement and service all of their life and disability insurance, and investment portfolios. Early in her career, she worked as a Case Manager in the Underwriting Department of the William Penn Life Insurance Company. Donna incorporates her experience into her work expediting cases for Robin S. Weingast & Associates' clients.
Donna is detail-oriented and dedicated in her service to all of our client base. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.
Senior member, RSW Pension Administration team
Michael Connor's 33 years of experience (half of which has been at RSW & Associates, Inc) has exposed him to all types of plan design from 401(k) profit sharing plans to traditional and cash balanced defined benefit plans.
His strengths include his analytical abilities, his ability to communicate the various complexities that can sometimes be associated with pension plans, and his work troubleshooting trust accounting issues.
Outside of work, Michael feeds a passion for all kinds of music from Classic Rock to Blues and Jazz and even the sometimes dreaded other two kinds of music, Country AND Western by collecting music in its many forms (vinyl, CDs and digital) and attending many concerts, particularly in the summer months.
Defined Contribution Consultant
Stephanie Duren has over 25 years of experience as a Defined Contribution Consultant. She has specialized in all aspects of 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan administration, including calculating contributions, trust accounting, nondiscrimination testing and government filings such as Forms 5500, 5330, 1099-R and Form 8955-SSA.
Stephanie works closely with Plan Sponsors, Record Keepers, and Auditors to ensure plan compliance. Prior to working at Robin Weingast and Associates she was employed by Associated Pension Consultants and Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Garigliano has been a Consulting Actuary for over 30 years in the pension sector, including the design of qualified defined benefit and cash balance pension plans. He has an interesting and varied background including a nine-year stint as an options trader and owner of a seat on the American Stock Exchange. He has extensive knowledge in pension law and is an excellent communicator of actuarial concepts and solutions.
Mr. Garigliano is an Enrolled Actuary and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics.
Rob has over 20 years of industry experience that spans all types of plan design from 401(k) profit sharing plans to traditional and cash balanced defined benefit plans. His strengths include his ability to manage any complex project, while also managing the everyday tasks of an ever changing TPA world. That can be associated with his work ethic and time management skills. In his down time Rob likes to spend time with his wife and three kids making every moment count!
Enrollments, distributions, and payroll contribution specialist
Marilyn Nieves has been with our Company for 15 years. She is our bilingual employee, who offers client support for Spanish speaking participants who call in with their questions and concerns.
Marilyn specializes in enrollments, distributions and ongoing payroll contribution submissions. She is a supportive team player who also provides administrative assistance to Robin S. Weingast and senior level employees.
In her free time she is cheering on her MVP, her son, during his busy competitive sports schedule.
Accredited Pension Administrator
Tom holds the Accredited Pension Administrator designation and has over 15 years of experience as a client liaison managing compliance, regulatory, and fiduciary responsibilities.
New Client Team
Rosemary Rebetti, a recent hire to our firm, has a 35-year history working with Pension Consulting and Actuarial Firms on Long Island. She is a licensed Life Insurance Agent with New York State and exhibits excellent client service skills.
At Robin S. Weingast & Associates, she is charged with supporting the organization in new client efforts, and continues to tailor insurance and investment options so that all clients can participate in tax advantaged retirement products with lower expenses.
Retirement Plan Administration
Mark has over 30 years of industry experience that spans all facets of retirement planning and administration. Besides focusing on retirement plan administration, Mark also designs retirement plans that are tailor-made for business owners to maximize their retirement savings and tax advantages at minimal costs, while providing valuable benefits to employees. In this position, he also has the responsibility as technical and sales support to advisors.
Operations Manager and 401(k) Investment Specialist
Toni Torres has been with Robin S. Weingast & Associates, Inc. since 1998 and has a thorough knowledge of Retirement Planning and 401 (k) administration. Toni is the Operations Manager and 401 (k) Investment Specialist who works with Robin S. Weingast directly to provide cost effective and highly competitive 401 (k) investment platforms to our clients through our strategic partnerships with such companies as MassMutual, John Hancock, American Funds, Empower Retirement and The Principal etc.
Toni's keen and innovative insights in the areas of 401 (k) investments and sales force development have enabled Robin S. Weingast & Associates to emerge as a top Third Party Administration and Group Benefits firm in the Northeast, with a sharp and qualified team in tow to maintain the highest standard of service.
Our clients appreciate Toni's attention to detail, good listening skills and empathy.
